As the customer, you are the best placed to judge the quality of our translations. We are more than happy to hear any comments you may have. Dissatisfaction concerning a translation may arise from differing expectations regarding an order (such as flowing vs. literal style, company-specific terminology, etc.).
Feel free therefore to tell us as much as you can about your translation order. You can rest assured that your feedback will be fully taken on board, and in this way we can also take your preferences into account in future.
Files too large?
If your files are too large to be sent by email (> 6 MB) then you can upload them onto our FTP server. Click the “FTP server” link on the left and follow the instructions.
When delivering this way, do not forget to confirm by email the name of the file you have placed on the server. |
